Description
A key objective of Freedom Employability Academy’s Mentorship Program is to help students from low-income backgrounds learn more about different career options that are available, which of those might be suitable for them, and how to get there. Taking an interest in the lives of these students and being present can make a significant difference through the Mentorship Program. Providing such mentoring will have a long-term impact on the learning process, with students who are mentored performing better in interviews, working better in teams, and interacting better in social settings.
